On January 19, volunteer to make this country a better place.

Here are some ideas from the Sierra Club.

I haven’t decided what to do yet, but I’d really like to introduce the kids to volunteerism. Right now I’m leaning towards taking them to a local park to pick up trash that would otherwise get washed into storm drains and out to sea.
