The other night, I jokingly suggested that we create a Facebook page for Juvin Chronicles. To my great shock, Kevin enthusiastically embraced the idea. We’ve been married 15 years, and he still surprises me. Go figure.

The reason Kevin liked the idea so much? As he put it, “For me, Facebook IS the Internet.” These days his online time is about 5% fact-finding, 5% shopping, and 90% Facebooking.

I don’t spend as much time on Facebook as Kevin does. Mainly what I do there is maintain groups and pages that I set up for professional reasons. However, lately I’ve been letting the kids play games using my account, which has helped me see the more fun side of Facebook.

Here’s what we’re planning to do on our Facebook page:

1. Frequent status updates
2. Photos posted on-the-go frequently (unfortunately we can’t upload mobile photos to an FB page)
3. Getting to know the people that visit our site
