The first of the new buds on my orchid opened today!

The kids helped daddy program an Arduino to cycle through the color spectrum on an RGB LED.

Tonight I defrosted some catfish we caught a few weeks ago and have been keeping in the freezer. I floured and seasoned it, then fried it until it was nice and crusty. The whole family LOVED it! Even better is I still have a few more fillets in the freezer, so I’ll be doing this again soon.
